Shipping and Return policy
Shipping Policy :
- 1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the location of delivery.
- 2. Karisma Celebrations is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services (such as if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected) and you should contact the applicable carrier as needed.
- 3. Customers are requested to provide accurate ZIP code (postal code), address, area name so that there are no delays in delivery.
We accept returns exclusively for defective items or incorrect product shipments at Karisma Celebrations. Our rigorous quality checks ensure that products are shipped without damage or manufacturing defects. Returns will only be considered for unworn, tagged, unaltered, and unused merchandise in its original packaging. Custom-made and altered products are non-returnable.
In the rare event of receiving a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at KarismaCelebrations@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. The damaged or incorrect item must be returned within 48 hours. Please include the following details in your email:

Upon return authorization, we will consider exchanges, store credit, or refunds in the original mode of payment on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within four weeks from the date we receive the returned package. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
